Eshan has developed both the people and business skills necessary to address complex business challenges and deliver results. His passion for business results and diverse experience allows him to transcend industry lines to assist organizations in creating solutions to their problems. His execution of results-oriented, innovative approaches enables clients to tap into their hidden potential and achieve outcomes once thought to be out of reach.

Eshan holds graduate degrees in three disciplines, an MBA (Entrepreneurship), Masters in Computer Science and a Masters in Physics. Eshan has numerous industry recognized professional and training certifications. He has also been part of the industry recognized standards publications.

Eshan has held leadership and management positions in two different Big-4 firms, managing consultant for operationalizing strategy for Fortune 5 conglomerate, led a project governance practice, owns business, among others. During this time he has consulted and advised clients in technical, management and leadership capacity in strategy, management, process and technology from small to Fortune 500 companies. Eshan has spent nearly equal time in industry and consulting over the past two decades

Eshan has developed and contributed organizational strategic plans, decision blue prints, and organizations dashboards. His focus of late has been in aligning strategy with people and processes for organizational success along with improving efficiency and effectiveness of organizations and professionals.
