J.P. James is the Founder and Managing Director of the Executive Entrepreneurs Society. In this role James has helped start and grow hundreds of companies, in several verticals. Companies ranging from startup (pre-revenue) to companies with revenues up to $50M.

James has also taught with Georgia Tech, the tactical principles to developing fast growth ventures. He has taught at the Georgia Tech College of Management, Advanced Technology Development Center, and the Georgia Tech Alumni Association.

James is also the Founder and Managing Director of Xcelerator program, an internal program of the Executive Entrepreneurs Society. The Xcelerator is a business accelerator. Working with fast growth ventures, the Xcelerator team specializes in building companies from the ground up, using the most innovative methods globally. This team consists of top tier entrepreneurs, investors, and industry experts.

James is also a Director and Stakeholder of Libreum Capital Management, a money management firm with traders having consistent measured performance since the mid-90s. Through his experience in the finance industry, James has a birds eye view of global factors that affect all verticals, in all markets. His active trading experience also allows him to understand the underlying psychology behind these industries, and what factors influence different markets.

Prior experience includes assisting in key management roles at Nile Networks - International Distribution, MediTech Pharmaceuticals - Medical Device Manufacturing, and Marble Castle Improvements - Construction industries. He has also worked as a strategic consultant in over a dozen verticals.
